Our concept development work can involve ideation sessions, ethnographic activity and focus groups plus expert interviews run alongside serious amounts of desk work, retailing and sector research. Research into these types of projects has been conducted for clients in industries ranging from IT to retail, from personal care to food, and from drink to fashion. (Actually those last two seem incredibly similar).

We also link with client teams & agencies to assist them testing creative strategies & specific concepts. (Often a political minefield, but we all know how difficult this issue can be.) Ensuring that research enables and enriches the creative process can make the world a happier place for everyone concerned!
