After more than a decade's worth of trend research, I'm often quoted by the media re: social / consumer / brand trends. (I used to work for cutting-edge agencies, have written for every trend magazine going and frequently liaise with think-tanks and leading universities.) By utilising a team of international trend contacts, I put together bespoke trend reports re: forecasting & analysing which trends are relevant for future category & brand activity, or get seriously involved when in-depth scenario planning is what's required. This means a huge amount of travel, desk research, retailing, expert depths & 'pattern recognition' monitoring.
