Sean PdeC at the Marketing Insights Forum

The annual Marketing Insights Forum was excellent as always this year; with speakers from Wired magazine, the London Business School, BT Futures, etc. I gave a speech re: ‘Best Practise in Consumer Insights’ and so put together a talk on a collegiate approach to gathering revelatory insights, based on some of my ethnographic research in Russia, Africa, the Middle East, Scandinavia and the US; and some classic industry case histories.
