A graduate of Central St Martins, Helen worked with leading-edge design & trend forecasting agencies, followed by the BBC (in creative services) before leaving to co-found the consultancy. She specialises in retail, beauty, fashion, packaging, sustainability and wellbeing issues.
Another of her skills is agency liaison re: creative development activity. It’s unusual for researchers to be design-trained, and as such she can act as an informal link between client and agencies, for instance re: visualising research outputs in a way that links the detail of consumer insights within brand guidelines, whilst enabling creative interpretation.
